Responsibilities
- Architect large language models capable of processing and generating natural language.
- Design neural network parameters and model specifications.
- Train, fine-tune, evaluate, troubleshoot, and optimize large-scale language models.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions across teams.
- Mentor junior team members in large language model architecture.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to improve model performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in large language models.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience is stated in the project requirements.
- Proficiency in large language models.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
- Experience training and fine-tuning large-scale language models on diverse datasets.
- Familiarity with model optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing and augmentation strategies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
