Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize scalable language model and neural network solutions for natural language processing.
- Build and integrate AI, semantic, and knowledge-graph components across the end-to-end solution lifecycle.
- Design schemas and ontologies, curate knowledge graphs, and develop graph-based machine learning solutions.
- Implement data pipelines and configure data storage, retrieval, and transformation for AI and LLM applications.
- Analyze and improve model performance through parameter tuning and evaluation metrics.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, researchers, product teams, and UI designers on cross-functional delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, mentor junior engineers, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate integration of language models into broader systems and workflows.
- Support client-facing consulting activities and Accenture sales efforts when requested.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, including at least 5 years with Google Cloud Data Services.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 15 years of full-time education.
- At least 2 years of experience with knowledge-graph technologies such as RDF, SPARQL, LPG, and SHACL.
- At least 2 years of experience in schema design, ontology management, and knowledge-graph curation.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and developing knowledge-graph solutions and graph-based ML models.
- At least 1 year of experience implementing end-to-end data pipelines for AI applications, especially LLMs.
- At least 2 years of experience with relational, object, graph, and vector databases, including Stardog, Neo4j, and Amazon Neptune.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- At least 2 years of Python experience, including frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Apache NiFi, and Airflow.
- Practical experience with NLP and/or search techniques, prompt engineering, enterprise LLM applications, ML techniques, and agentic systems.
- Experience leading teams, collaborating across engineering, research, and product teams, and working with external clients in a consulting environment.
- Strong expertise in designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing and managing large-scale cloud data.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services and Snowflake Data Warehouse is preferred.
