Responsibilities
- Design and optimize scalable large language model and neural network architectures for natural language processing.
- Build and integrate knowledge graph, semantic, ontology, and AI components across the solution lifecycle.
- Design and implement data pipelines, storage, retrieval, transformation, and deployment workflows for AI and LLM applications.
- Evaluate and improve model performance through parameter tuning and evaluation metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional work across engineering, research, product, UI, project, and client teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior engineers, facilitate knowledge sharing, and guide technical excellence.
- Collaborate with client counterparts and support consulting and sales efforts when requested.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience is required, including at least 5 years with Google Cloud Data Services.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 15 years of full-time education required.
- At least 2 years of experience with knowledge graph technologies such as RDF, SPARQL, LPG, and SHACL.
- At least 2 years of experience in schema design, ontology management, and knowledge graph curation.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and developing knowledge graph solutions and graph-based machine learning models.
- At least 1 year of experience implementing end-to-end data pipelines for AI applications, especially LLMs.
- At least 2 years of experience with relational, object, graph, and vector databases.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- At least 2 years of Python experience, with familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ETL pipeline tools.
- Practical experience with NLP or search techniques, prompt engineering, enterprise LLM applications, machine learning techniques, and agentic systems.
- Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse or Microsoft Azure Data Services is preferred.
- Team lead experience, external client-facing consulting experience, and the ability to collaborate across multiple time zones are required.
