Responsibilities
- Design and architect large language models for natural-language processing and generation.
- Define model specifications and experiment with neural network architectures and parameters.
- Analyze complex datasets and evaluate, troubleshoot, and optimize model performance.
- Collaborate with and provide solutions to immediate and cross-functional teams while contributing to key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, mentor junior team members, and implement best practices in model design and training.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in large language models.
- Proficiency in large language models.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and management techniques.
- Familiarity with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to inform model design and improvements.
- 15 years of full-time education.
