Responsibilities
- Develop applications that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Construct unit tests and contribute to software design and component development.
- Follow design and coding standards and participate in continuous improvement discussions.
- Create and maintain system documentation.
- Provide production support for applications as needed.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, project managers, subject matter experts, end users, and peers on technical designs and software solutions.
- Apply software development methodologies based on project needs.
- Align risk and control processes with day-to-day responsibilities and escalate issues appropriately.
- Contribute to continuous integration, continuous delivery, and improved ways of working.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Current knowledge of the relevant specialist area and willingness to pursue ongoing learning.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, communicate openly, and resolve disagreements effectively.
