Deloitte AdvisoryResponsibilities
- Lead business discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to identify AI-driven transformation opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
- Build and optimize RAG solutions using vector databases including Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, and Weaviate.
- Develop and optimize AI/ML models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques and collaborate on scalable AI solutions, APIs, and microservices.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Establish MLOps practices using MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Support UAT, validate requirements, and ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.
- Drive AI governance, model monitoring, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to organizational AI capability building.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Generative AI, LLM frameworks, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
- Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and software engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Git and DevOps practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with AI agents and Agentic AI frameworks, multimodal AI, AI governance, model monitoring, responsible AI, Agile/Scrum environments, and relevant AI/ML, cloud, or Generative AI certifications.
