Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize applications to meet business processes and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to deliver solutions.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within application environments.
- Work across platforms and integration points to support seamless application performance.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to configure and customize software solutions for complex business needs.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in application environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and cross-platform application delivery.
- Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic is preferred.
