Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode, The Composable Architecture, and Swift Package Manager.
- Extend and consume the Kotlin Multiplatform shared layer, including shared use cases, repositories, models, and the KingfisherFoundation framework.
- Collaborate with Android, backend, product, and design teams to shape Swift-facing APIs and the long-term multiplatform mobile strategy.
- Integrate and maintain GraphQL, REST, networking, caching, SDK, and third-party platform capabilities.
- Champion mobile security, accessibility, performance optimization, and overall application quality.
- Lead code reviews, mentoring, refactoring, troubleshooting, technical discussions, and architectural planning.
- Support CI/CD and mobile release pipelines using Bitrise, fastlane, Danger, match, and TestFlight.
- Drive modular architecture, unit testing, UI testing, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, and the Xcode ecosystem, with useful familiarity with UIKit interoperability.
- Strong enthusiasm for Kotlin Multiplatform and willingness to contribute directly to the shared Kotlin layer.
- Experience with modern state-driven architecture such as The Composable Architecture, MVVM, MVI, or similar patterns.
- Solid experience with modular codebases, Swift Package Manager, and Swift Concurrency.
- Proven experience integrating GraphQL and REST APIs, SDKs, and third-party platforms.
- Strong knowledge of mobile security, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and drive engineering practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and written and spoken English skills.
- Preferred experience with Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform, Apollo Kotlin, Ktor, SQLDelight, Koin, mobile CI/CD, TestFlight, cloud-backed mobile backends, observability, analytics, feature flagging, push platforms, OAuth2, PKCE, and CIAM.
