Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions.
- Lead and manage teams through software design and delivery.
- Make team-level and cross-team technical decisions and provide solutions to complex problems.
- Establish and enforce coding standards and software development best practices.
- Ensure software quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align technical work with business priorities.
- Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud-based continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems and release management processes.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
