Responsibilities
- Design and build domain-specific AI agents for customers across finance, healthcare, legal, operations, and other industries.
- Collaborate with the research team to expand model reasoning capabilities and domain expertise.
- Partner directly with customers to iterate on implementations and inform the platform roadmap.
- Build evaluation frameworks to test agent performance and reliability across edge cases.
- Create reusable patterns and tools for deploying agents in new domains.
- Work with product and engineering teams to ship effective customer solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer with a track record of shipping production systems.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern AI agent development.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- Interest in building agentic systems and exploring frontier AI capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments and translate customer needs into technical solutions.
