Responsibilities

  • Build internal platforms, Backoffice tools, data-access systems, monitoring tools, and operational workflows.
  • Own growth and distribution infrastructure, including acquisition, activation, retention tracking, invite pages, and experimentation systems.
  • Architect durable, event-driven workflows for growth mechanisms, data processing, segmentation, and lifecycle automation using Restate or comparable orchestration systems.
  • Create real-time metrics dashboards, data visualizations, and self-service analytics insights.
  • Design APIs, integrate third-party connectors, and work across frontend and backend systems.
  • Own architecture, implementation, performance, monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement for assigned systems.
  • Optionally contribute to AI/LLM-powered pipelines for content and metadata generation, delivery, and publishing.
  • Participate in code reviews and help maintain engineering standards and patterns.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience building SaaS products and/or internal tools from scratch.
  • Experience with growth engineering, experimentation systems, segmentation, and analytics instrumentation.
  • Experience with API design, API integration, and reliable third-party connectors.
  • Familiarity with Temporal, Restate, or other workflow orchestration systems.
  • High proficiency with modern web frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue, plus NodeJS and TypeScript.
  • Ability to work autonomously across frontend and backend development.
  • Strong understanding of performance, correctness, observability, and scalability for internal systems.
  • Experience building data visualizations and dashboards or working with analytics and data tools.
  • Infrastructure knowledge including Bazel, GCP, or Kubernetes is highly appreciated.
  • Experience with AI-powered pipelines, automated content systems, or scalable generation workflows is a bonus.
  • French is not required; applicants should specify their years of experience.
