Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications using React and Python.
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs on AWS.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, documented, efficient code and participate in code reviews.
- Manage and deploy cloud resources using AWS CDK or Terraform.
- Build and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Debug and resolve issues across the application stack.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience building end-to-end applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
- Extensive experience with React.js for responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
- Experience with Django or Flask for server-side development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway.
- Familiarity with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB and MongoDB.
- Proficiency with Git and RESTful API design principles.
- Experience with Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, EC2, CloudFront, Aurora, Zustand, or Redux is advantageous.
- Open-source contributions or a strong GitHub profile are advantageous.
