Base Salary
$80k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Java-based applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay current with Java development industry trends and best practices.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Java technologies and frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Oracle Certified Java Associate certification.
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka.
- Proficiency in English at the C2 level.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and resolve complex technical issues.
