Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and optimize software modules and solutions for client deployment.
- Design and execute test cases, automate software validation processes, and ensure code is error-free.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot queries, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project-status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Capture requirements and clarifications, gather client feedback, and maintain customer-focused communication.
- Participate in continuing education and complete assigned certifications to maintain current technical skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with NetSuite ERP.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software feasibility.
- Ability to code, test, debug, modify, and document software solutions.
- Ability to investigate problems, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Ability to produce accurate technical documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Commitment to ongoing training, learning new programming languages, and completing relevant certifications.
