Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and design teams to develop innovative mobile user experiences and features.
- Design and implement APIs with server engineering teams for communication with mobile applications.
- Develop scalable mobile architecture that supports organizational growth and agility.
- Drive strategies and methodologies for mobile app development and testing.
- Create unit and user-interface automation tests to protect existing functionality and validate product requirements.
- Create and monitor analytics demonstrating the effectiveness of product features.
- Own feature development across platforms to maintain consistent user experiences and feature parity.
- Lead prototype-first and spec-driven development initiatives with Product Managers and Engineering Managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding, or equivalent technical experience.
- 4+ years of industry experience building, shipping, and maintaining Android applications at scale.
- Fluency in Kotlin and strong knowledge of Coroutines/Flow and RxJava.
- Experience with modern Android architectures including MVVM, MVI, MVP, and Clean Architecture, plus Jetpack components.
- Deep understanding of Android UI frameworks including XML layouts and Jetpack Compose.
- Knowledge of software engineering practices including coding standards, code reviews, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and mobile release operations.
- Familiarity with identity verification, authentication, and authorization protocols.
- Deep Android development expertise and familiarity with other frontend platforms such as iOS, web, or Kotlin Multiplatform.
- Experience with AI-integrated mobile development and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
- Ability to collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to define technical specifications and build functional prototypes.
