Base Salary
$144k - $258k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand business needs and anticipate threats in partnership with business leaders and enterprise stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and evaluate cybersecurity risks for enterprise projects.
- Lead and maintain the IAM, ILM, IGA, and PAM identity program.
- Architect and implement Zero Standing Privileges frameworks, Just-In-Time provisioning, risk-adaptive policies, and contextual access evaluations.
- Develop secure business requirements, support security architecture, and integrate contextual authorization into identity and governance platforms.
- Evaluate and update security policies and procedures to support modern identity and least-privilege approaches.
- Maintain organization-wide responsibility for identity cybersecurity across multiple departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
- 7+ years of related IT or information security experience with a BS degree, or 4+ years with an MS degree.
- Proficiency in information security concepts and familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with Okta, including IAM and Workflows.
- Experience with IGA tooling such as Okta Identity Governance or SailPoint.
- Experience with identity lifecycle management concepts and source-of-truth systems.
- Experience designing and implementing security systems, procedures, and protocols, including encryption, authentication, intrusion detection, risk assessment, and vulnerability evaluation.
- Understanding of Zero Trust, identity management principles, MFA, SSO, SAML, OIDC, and LDAP.
- Experience with scripting languages for identity automation.
- Strong verbal and written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- CISSP or an equivalent certification is preferred.
Benefits
- Annualized base salary ranges are $159,600-$239,400 for the primary Reston, Virginia location and $144,400-$258,000 for additional U.S. locations.
- May be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus and annual refresh stock grants.
