Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end AI features from React frontends to Python backend services.
- Implement and fine-tune audio processing pipelines for accurate ASR and LLM performance.
- Translate clinician feedback into technical solutions and rapidly prototype improvements.
- Optimize fullstack performance for real-time audio streaming and token generation.
- Collaborate with implementation and clinical teams to expedite feature requests from concept to production.
Requirements
- Mastery of Fullstack fundamentals, proficient in Python and modern frontend frameworks.
- Working knowledge of LLM integration and audio technologies.
- Ability to balance engineering purity with the need for speed in problem-solving.
- Fluency in cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP for infrastructure management.
- Experience in rigorous testing and observability in production environments.
- Medical degree with clinical experience, preferably in clinical AI products.
