Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clean, well-tested code in an agile environment.
- Work on distributed systems at scale with high-traffic workloads.
- Design, build, and maintain APIs within a Kubernetes-based microservices architecture.
- Provide architectural vision, strategy, and detailed technical guidance for the internal tools suite.
- Investigate technologies that improve site reliability, developer experience, and system performance.
- Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to deliver products on time.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience with high-traffic distributed systems and client-server architectures.
- Strong foundations in computer science, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in one high-level programming language such as Java, Python, Golang, or PHP.
- Familiarity with a testing framework.
- Experience designing and building APIs.
- Experience with distributed systems and client-server architectures.
