Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop secure, reliable, and scalable software solutions with UX, engineering, and product management partners.
- Write code and scripts to automate infrastructure, monitoring services, test cases, and destructive resiliency testing.
- Create dashboards, logging, alerting, and automated responses to proactively identify and address issues.
- Participate in incident triage, root cause analysis, change and problem management, postmortems, and no-repeat systemic resolutions.
- Configure and modify program components and commercial off-the-shelf solutions for large projects and evolving business needs.
- Document, review, and uphold quality and change-control standards while helping create developer-ready and testable user stories.
- Collaborate in agile processes and contribute to team learning, experimentation, and improved ways of working.
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant experience in systems, software, operational, or reliability engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in a related field, or equivalent qualifying experience.
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes and production-system support, including change, incident, and problem management.
- Experience with BASH, Python, Golang, TypeScript, or Java, and with YAML, JSON, or HCL.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Google Cloud Platform, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Kubernetes/GKE.
- Familiarity with Unix and Linux operating systems, modern microservice architectures, security tooling such as Wiz, and version control systems.
- Experience executing destructive, performance, and failure-scenario tests and participating in operational-readiness drills.
- Understanding of SLOs, core SRE principles, debugging, root cause analysis, and operational communications.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the United States.
