Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation using Bash, Python, Ansible, YAML, and JSON.
- Build and manage CI/CD workflows using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, and Gerrit or comparable code review tools.
- Operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Linux, monitoring, and infrastructure environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, MOPs, and runbooks.
- Engage independently with customers and stakeholders, lead technical discussions, and drive delivery outcomes across multiple projects and environments.
- Collaborate with development, operations, customers, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and work effectively in global teams.
Requirements
- Strong Bash and Python scripting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, YAML, and JSON.
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, and Gerrit or similar code review tools.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm; OpenShift is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Linux environments.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, strong stakeholder management, customer-facing experience, analytical problem-solving, and an ownership mindset.
- Preferred experience includes Azure, AWS, GCP, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, ArgoCD, FluxCD, Kibana, ELK Stack, VMware, OpenStack, virtualized infrastructure, and telecom domain knowledge.
