Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and optimize complex UiPath automation workflows and reusable components.
- Configure UiPath Orchestrator for scheduling, monitoring, deployment, and governance across environments.
- Implement logging, exception handling, alerting, testing, and production support practices for automation solutions.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into detailed UiPath designs with defined inputs, outputs, exceptions, and success criteria.
- Review and guide citizen-developed automations to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
- Document process definitions, solution designs, and support runbooks for handoff and maintenance.
- Identify automation opportunities with business teams and coordinate delivery dependencies and priorities.
- Mentor junior developers and citizen developers on UiPath standards, development practices, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Deep practical experience designing, developing, and deploying UiPath automation solutions using Studio, Orchestrator, and relevant activities.
- Hands-on experience guiding and supporting UiPath citizen developers.
- Strong understanding of robotic process automation, process assessment, exception handling, and resilient automation design.
- Knowledge of modular software design, version control, testing, and technical documentation.
- Understanding of automation security and compliance, including credentials, data privacy, and role-based access.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent UiPath professional certification required.
