Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain a diverse technology stack including Salesforce and Java-based middleware.
- Work on complex technical projects from requirements analysis to implementation and launch.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Identify and improve platform robustness and scalability through code refactoring and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver best-in-class solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development with significant hands-on experience in Salesforce and Java.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified Salesforce Admin & Developer.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and technologies like gRPC and Avro is preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and test automation is a strong plus.
