Responsibilities
- Design and ship end-to-end AI agents for logistics tasks.
- Collaborate across teams to understand and solve complex problems.
- Rapidly move from idea to production, treating deployments as learning opportunities.
- Work directly with operators and leadership to deliver solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Extensive experience with LLMs in production or projects.
- Strong product instincts to identify valuable projects.
- Fluency in LLM patterns, prompt engineering, and tool use.
- Full-stack capability in TypeScript and Next.js.
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- A strong desire to impact global trade.
