Responsibilities
- Own the complete mobile development lifecycle for features across iOS and Android, from design and architecture through deployment.
- Develop, optimize, test, and maintain production-grade React Native applications with strong performance, reliability, and code quality.
- Set up, manage, and improve mobile CI/CD and automated build and release pipelines, including OTA update configuration and app-store submissions.
- Implement monitoring and crash analytics, tune application performance, and respond to production incidents.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to align technical implementation with business goals.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers on React Native, performance optimization, deployment workflows, and AI-assisted development.
- Influence mobile architecture decisions involving state management, navigation, scalability, and performance patterns.
- Evaluate mobile libraries, AI-driven tools, and techniques that improve developer productivity and application performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional mobile development experience delivering production-grade applications.
- Advanced JavaScript and TypeScript skills with strong React Native experience building cross-platform iOS and Android applications.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android app-store deployment processes.
- Experience or interest in AI-assisted code generation, automated UI testing, or other AI-driven mobile development tools is preferred.
- Experience mentoring or coaching developers and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is preferred.
