Responsibilities
- Own the complete mobile development lifecycle for features across iOS and Android, from design through deployment.
- Design, develop, optimize, test, and maintain production-grade React Native applications.
- Set up, manage, and optimize mobile CI/CD pipelines, automated build and release processes, OTA updates, and app-store submissions.
- Implement crash analytics, proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and incident response to maintain app reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams on business goals and technical feasibility.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers on React Native practices, performance, deployment, and AI-assisted development.
- Influence mobile architecture decisions involving state management, navigation, scalability, and performance.
- Evaluate mobile libraries, AI-driven tools, and techniques to improve productivity, testing, and app performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development with a record of delivering production-grade mobile applications.
- Advanced JavaScript and TypeScript skills with React Native for performant cross-platform iOS and Android applications.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android app-store deployment processes.
- Experience with AI tools or productivity optimization is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted code generation or automated UI testing is preferred.
- Experience mentoring or coaching developers and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is preferred.
