Base Salary

$123k - $176k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Own end-to-end solution design for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools including IIB, MuleSoft, Boomi, APIGEE, MFT, and Attunity.
  • Provide solution architecture for projects supporting the Sales and Service strategy and roadmap.
  • Develop technical architecture patterns with enterprise architects, solution owners, and product owners.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and document requirements and functional specifications.
  • Support functional, regression, and UAT testing.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to onshore and offshore contractors and FTEs.
  • Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Drive adoption of best practices, reusable frameworks, and standards.
  • Implement Agentforce solutions supporting business use cases.
  • Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to complex, large-scope projects.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement/Pardot, Agentforce, and Data360.
  • Proven experience in solution design and architecture.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and APIs.
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
  • Strong technical experience with large Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and Apttus CLM.
  • Implementation experience with Agentforce supporting business use cases.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience in both build and run projects is desirable.
  • Ability to lead complex projects, recommend new practices and processes, and independently determine methods for completing projects.
