Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, test, and deployment.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using infrastructure-as-code tools.
Support application release, deployment, and rollback processes across environments.
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment reliability and release efficiency.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve system observability.
Support incident response related to deployment, automation, and platform issues.
Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Ensure DevOps practices comply with security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain documentation for pipelines, automation scripts, and operational runbooks.
Continuously improve DevOps tools, processes, and automation standards.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, version control, and build automation.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure; AWS/GCP is a plus.
Basic understanding of cloud security, access control, and operational controls.
Experience in 24x7 operational or production support environments is preferred.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Proficient in Thai and English at intermediate level or above for technical discussions.
