Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, and deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Support application releases, deployments, and rollbacks across environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment reliability and release efficiency.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve system observability.
- Support incident response for deployment, automation, and platform issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Ensure DevOps practices comply with security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation for pipelines, automation scripts, and operational runbooks.
- Continuously improve DevOps tools, processes, and automation standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, version control, and build automation.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible, plus scripting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, with Azure preferred and AWS or GCP considered a plus.
- Basic understanding of cloud security, access control, and operational controls.
- Experience in 24x7 operational or production support environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in Thai and English at an intermediate level or above for technical discussions, meetings, and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
