Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation testing frameworks using Robot Framework and Python.
- Perform smoke, regression, functional, integration, system, exploratory, and robustness testing.
- Write test cases using test case design techniques and ensure validation and verification processes are effective.
- Create and maintain validation and verification documentation, including functional test specifications, requirement traceability matrices, user manuals, and release notes.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and quality assurance specialists to improve software quality and deployment workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in automation testing using Robot Framework with Python.
- At least three years of experience in DevOps or a related field.
- Proficiency in Linux, shell scripting, Python, and Git.
- Understanding of validation and verification processes, embedded systems, and networking.
- Familiarity with automated document generation using Python or other frameworks.
- Understanding of software testing and software development life cycles is preferred.
- Experience in software design and programming is preferred.
- Experience with Agile development processes and strong analytical, problem-solving, proactive, and adaptable qualities.
