Base Salary
$81k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and use cases to design and implement technical business solutions.
- Identify automation opportunities to eliminate manual processes and improve existing systems.
- Develop business-enabling tools, error-handling solutions, and productivity improvements.
- Independently test and debug code and participate in testing other developers’ projects.
- Coordinate small to medium and moderately complex projects, including requirements discovery, process documentation, metrics, success criteria, and project plans.
- Provide consultative support to business partners and communicate project status, issues, impacts, and expected results.
- Develop implementation plans, training materials, and user documentation, and train end users.
- Provide post-implementation support, problem resolution, root cause analysis, performance trending, and system administration coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree where required.
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
- In lieu of a degree, at least 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with SAS PROC SQL, Tableau, and VBA is preferred.
- Healthcare or health insurance experience is a plus.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
