Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery while setting development standards.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead technical discussions and provide clear direction to development teams.
- Mentor team members and support junior professionals through guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in custom software projects.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in SAP Fiori/Gateway architecture.
- Proficiency in SAP Fiori/Gateway architecture and related software design principles and architectural patterns.
- Experience managing and optimizing custom software solutions for scalability and performance.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and direct development teams.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and best practices within SAP environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
