Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set and enforce development and coding standards.
- Ensure software quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to technical problems and troubleshoot software project challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Lead cross-functional and collaborative development efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and custom development best practices.
- Experience setting and enforcing coding standards.
- Ability to optimize software performance and scalability in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing collaborative development efforts.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in software projects.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
