Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and strategic direction for AI and machine learning systems across distributed teams in India and Europe.
- Design unified, scalable, secure AI systems that support international data sovereignty and regional privacy regulations.
- Evaluate and select tools, frameworks, and platforms for AI development, deployment, and LLMOps.
- Influence product direction through clear presentations to management and stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI and engineering teams.
- Lead technical projects from concept through production deployment and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify high-impact business use cases.
Requirements
- Around 8 years of experience in system design and architecture, including at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture.
- Expertise building and scaling agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and LLMOps practices.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional teams and leading technical projects from concept to production deployment.
- Ability to distinguish AI hype from high-impact business use cases and maintain a path from AI research to production.
