Requirements
- Proven experience owning services in production.
- Experience defining and operating against SLOs/SLIs.
- Experience leading incident response and writing postmortems.
- Hands-on experience with observability tooling.
- Deep system design experience in distributed services.
- Significant experience in building production software systems.
- Comfort with modern cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to balance high reliability with fast-paced development.
