Base Salary
$289k - $338k/yr
Responsibilities
- Help scale the online experiment serving flow to 10x capacity.
- Design and simplify experiment creation and analysis flows using AI.
- Create a scalable serving model for novel experimentation strategies.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Platform teams on data workflows.
- Enable targeting experiments to audiences beyond users, including creators.
- Build a reliable serving flow and scalable data for experimental analysis.
Requirements
- 10+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Proficient in compiled languages such as C#, Go, or C++ and SQL.
- Experience designing backend systems handling over 1M QPS.
- Familiarity with big-data processing technologies like Spark and Flink.
- Knowledge of REST, API design patterns, and micro-services.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience with experimentation platforms in multi-sided marketplaces is a bonus.
- Experience building and tuning Spark workflows at TB+ scale is a bonus.
- Experience leveraging AI for user-centric internal tools is a bonus.
