Responsibilities

Design, build, scale, and modernize cloud-native infrastructure projects across multi-cloud environments.
Architect, write, test, and manage modular Terraform infrastructure-as-code templates.
Design and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines and modernize engineering workflows.
Build Python automation and AI-agent workflows for support, maintenance, log analysis, and incident triage.
Manage Kubernetes clusters, Helm charts, containerized microservices, serverless solutions, and cloud automation frameworks.
Lead projects independently from conception through production with minimal daily oversight.
Create architecture diagrams, runbooks, centralized AI prompt and skill libraries, and supporting tooling.
Triage complex security issues, define IAM policies, and establish cloud and AI-agent safety guardrails and access controls.
Build AI-assisted developer support tools and advise development teams on cloud and operational practices.

Deep production experience with GCP and/or AWS, ideally both.
Advanced proficiency with Terraform and secure, reusable infrastructure configurations.
Deep expertise constructing and optimizing enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab and/or GitHub.
Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals with practical experience using AI, LLM tooling, or agentic frameworks such as Google ADK or LangChain.
Production experience managing Kubernetes clusters, Helm charts, Docker images, and containerized microservices.
Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Run, and container automation frameworks.
Ability to independently own projects, make architectural decisions, communicate technical concepts clearly, and design for availability, self-healing, guardrails, and rollback.
Experience defining cloud IAM policies and safety controls for autonomous AI agents is relevant to the role.
