Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reliable and repeatable software delivery pipelines.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration management for cloud and platform environments.
- Embed security, compliance, and quality controls into delivery pipelines.
- Support cloud-native architectures, container platforms, and automation tooling.
- Troubleshoot complex delivery, infrastructure, and production issues across environments.
- Mentor engineers and product teams on DevOps practices, automation, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with software engineering, platform, security, and architecture teams.
- Identify delivery lifecycle risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to delivery standards, guardrails, and governance.
- Support shared platform, tooling, engineering-standard, reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Proven ability to balance delivery speed with security, reliability, and quality.
