Responsibilities
- Engage with key business users to gather feedback, assess satisfaction with system integrations, and address issues.
- Gather requirements and prioritize data transformation projects with application and extension management teams.
- Design and implement scalable microservices with well-defined interfaces and modular architectures.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable code and integrate services into enterprise systems.
- Administer Kubernetes clusters, including deployment, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and integrate services using Oracle Cloud technologies and databases.
- Automate CI/CD pipelines and manage service lifecycles using DevOps tools.
- Maintain documentation for services, APIs, and infrastructure components.
- Coordinate with third-party providers on product enhancements, upgrades, patches, and application monitoring.
- Support Oracle SOP and KBA development, service disruption communications, release management, and technical change activities.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience developing cloud-based microservices, including at least 4 years with Oracle Cloud application services.
- Experience planning and implementing cloud application services in a global, multinational, multivendor environment.
- A proven record of service excellence, stakeholder relationship management, and coordination of multidisciplinary internal and external teams.
- Primary experience with Python, Oracle Python SDK, Oracle Database 12c and 19c development, Oracle Kubernetes Engine, Oracle Object Storage, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Secondary experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Kotlin.
