Responsibilities
- Create high quality code and architecture for payment systems using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Python.
- Focus on operational excellence by improving existing systems.
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies including planning and reviews.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their productivity.
- Engage in code reviews and pair programming.
- Problem-solve and debug code, providing production support.
- Work with AWS cloud services for deployment and infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external engineering teams.
Requirements
- Strong focus in Java or React with full-stack capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Experience in testing and ownership of code quality.
- DevOps and operational deployment experience is beneficial.
- Experience in a production support environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and a good listener.
- Comfortable with operational responsibilities and on-call duties.
