Responsibilities
- Develop robust and maintainable software using software development practices and standards.
- Participate actively across the full software development lifecycle.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
- Optimize algorithmic and software-design computational efficiency.
- Partner directly with clients on new features and future product releases.
- Build and deploy AI solutions involving AI agents and large language models.
- Collaborate with engineering, consulting, scientific, vendor, and third-party partner teams.
- Develop and deliver technical thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in a software development environment.
- Experience with software development and global, remote Agile squads.
- Proficiency in analytic software programming, ideally with Python, C++, or Scala.
- Familiarity with relational, non-relational, and streaming data structures.
- Understanding of parallel computing.
- Experience with AI agents, large language models, and AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud infrastructure.
- Previous consulting experience and/or strong leadership positions is preferred.
- Preferred qualifications include generative AI tool development, GraphQL, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, SQL, Spark, Hadoop, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
