Responsibilities
- Onboard and set up your development environment.
- Ship a small update or bug fix to familiarize yourself with the codebase.
- Ship two major features within the first month.
- Deliver product updates daily/weekly with a focus on quality by 90 days.
- Collaborate with the team and customers to shape the product's future.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, preferably in startups.
- Strong expertise in Next.js, React, and Tailwind for frontend development.
- Familiarity with Python for backend/API development.
- Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Postgres for infrastructure management.
- Ability to optimize web performance and improve frontend UX.
- Strong product and design sense with a bias for action and extreme ownership.
