$141k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Leverage technical expertise to understand customer needs and influence key decisions.
- Lead Professional Services engagements to optimize clients' software delivery processes.
- Provide guidance on software development best practices using LaunchDarkly.
- Foster a robust technical partnership with customers to maximize value.
- Identify and resolve technical obstacles to enhance customer objectives.
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on LaunchDarkly.
- Act as an advocate for customers, conveying feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software.
- Hands-on technical background with a consultative approach.
- Expertise in implementing the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience in at least one supported programming language such as Java, .NET, or Python.
- Ability to guide customers in implementing DevOps and Continuous Integration practices.
- Experience in development process transformation.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with experimentation and mobile technologies.
- Previous consulting experience with customers.
- Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities.
- Familiarity with LaunchDarkly or other feature management platforms.
- Experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Linux, Containers, and Virtual Machines.
