Base Salary

$248k - $372k/yr

Responsibilities

Define enterprise scalability fitness functions and align teams to SLOs and budgets.
Design and implement sharding and partitioning strategies, caching, and multi-region readiness.
Build benchmarks and profiling harnesses, and collaborate with teams to implement fixes.
Lead scalability reviews and incident deep dives to drive systemic fixes.
Communicate technical work's impact on business outcomes to executives and engineers.
Integrate AI into scalability efforts for proactive anomaly detection and performance improvements.

12+ years of experience in scaling multi-tenant SaaS.
Proven ability to remove bottlenecks and demonstrate impact with data.
Technical expertise in performance engineering, capacity planning, and high-volume migrations.
Experience applying AI tools for workload modeling and anomaly detection.
Strong cross-organizational influence and communication skills.
