Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, code, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software solutions using Adobe AEM.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root cause analysis, resolve system issues, and recommend improvements to performance and availability.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, project specifications, status reports, MIS reports, and other requested documentation.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, and release-plan adherence.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, collect feedback, respond to customer requests, and support on-time delivery.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming and software-development skills.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Adobe AEM.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software development processes, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to develop, test, debug, document, and maintain software programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders through written and verbal channels.
