Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and suites for Salesforce web applications.
- Own and manage the Copado Robotic Testing platform and develop automation using Copado Robotic Testing and Selenium.
- Support automated testing for Salesforce Lightning and OmniStudio seasonal releases across multiple lower environments.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to continuous improvement of development and deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with functional test teams, developers, business partners, Scrum Masters, product owners, and manual test teams to identify automatable features.
- Automate Snowflake-driven applications and data integrity models where applicable.
- Detect, isolate, document, and validate software defects using internal testing tools and defect triage practices.
- Maintain stories, tasks, and defects in Jira and support delivery of operational and project automation work.
- Optimize automation performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide automation support for deployments.
- Monitor automation performance, support compliance with security and regulatory requirements, and stay current with relevant technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in software test automation development or software development.
- Experience with Copado Robotic Testing or OCR-based automation testing tools and automated test scripts using OCR automation models.
- Experience with hybrid object/data Selenium models is beneficial.
- Proven Python expertise and comprehension of Java programming.
- Experience automating or developing test scripts in Salesforce Lightning, OmniStudio, or Salesforce Health Cloud environments.
- Experience with source control, build, and CI/CD toolchains, specifically Git and GitHub, plus familiarity with Jenkins, Maven, GitHub Actions, and AWS or similar tools.
- Experience with Jira and Xray or similar project and test management applications.
- Knowledge of REST API, data integrity, automation performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, initiative, and ability to work independently.
- Experience ensuring software automation complies with security and regulatory requirements.
