Base Salary
$70k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver software solutions for Verint WEM products including Quality Bot™ and Speech Analytics.
- Communicate project plans and updates to internal staff and customer stakeholders.
- Implement and troubleshoot WEM software solutions in diverse customer environments.
- Design implementation plans based on client requirements.
- Proactively manage project risks and provide contingency plans.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Verint WEM implementation, with at least 3 years in a Professional Services role.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS, Networking, CRM, WFM, and Call Center practices.
- Experience with other WEM solutions like NICE or Calabrio is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 70%, including some international travel.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
