Responsibilities
- Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems using AutoGen and Pydantic AI.
- Implement RAG pipelines and manage memory with Langfuse.
- Integrate security, performance, and quality gates into production systems.
- Conduct prompt and context engineering, including memory management.
- Implement policy enforcement for prompt injection prevention and role-based access control.
- Validate tool invocation safety and apply content filtering for compliance-sensitive data.
- Monitor quality metrics and conduct A/B experiments for performance evaluation.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on experience in AI/LLM systems.
- Strong skills in object-oriented programming and dynamic programming.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with technologies like AutoGen, Pydantic AI, and Langfuse.
- Experience with security and compliance measures such as OAuth2/OIDC and JWT.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques like async workers and Redis caching.
