Responsibilities
- Drive the technical design and implementation of complex recovery features.
- Design and build reliable core components for real-time recovery systems.
- Solve engineering problems related to relationship restoration and state consistency.
- Implement secure logging and tracking for recovery operations.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define technical scope and milestones.
- Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot production issues.
- Champion engineering best practices through code reviews and documentation.
- Mentor intermediate and junior engineers to foster growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Experience with distributed system patterns and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency with relational databases like MySQL and caching strategies like Redis.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Ability to independently break down ambiguous requirements into scalable designs.
