Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable PaaS solutions involving API gateways, messaging clusters, and other middleware platforms.
- Build platform portals and dashboards with Angular, React, and Figma, along with backend services in Python and Go.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using Jenkins, Argo CD, and Argo Workflows.
- Integrate AI/ML and AIOps capabilities to automate monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure optimization.
- Lead complex system design, ensuring high availability, security, performance, resilience, observability, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices, provide technical direction, and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, SRE, and software engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide on-call support for platform services and resolve operational issues in accordance with service-level objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in full-stack development and platform engineering, including 1+ years in machine-learning-related roles.
- Expertise building user-centric interfaces with React or Angular and Figma design workflows.
- Deep proficiency in Python and/or Go for backend service development.
- Experience managing and optimizing Postgres and MongoDB databases.
- Advanced CI/CD automation skills with Jenkins, Argo CD, and Argo Workflows, plus an understanding of Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Experience with Kubernetes, API gateways such as Mashery and Mule, and messaging platforms such as Kafka.
- Experience building AI products and workflows involving LLMs, LangChain, RAG systems, and agentic frameworks.
- Experience applying AI/ML to automate operational workloads.
- Ability to architect resilient distributed systems and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
