Base Salary

$140k - $180k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead technical and process discovery with supply chain, quality, logistics, and IT stakeholders.
Deliver tailored customer demonstrations and address technical objections.
Design solutions covering modules, data, integrations, phases, and scope.
Create sequenced implementation plans and statements of work with effort, dependencies, and risks.
Partner with Sales on proposals and commercial commitments to ensure technical deliverability.
Lead solution workshops, support software configuration, coordinate technical handoffs, and remain accountable through go-live.
Coordinate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Delivery teams and share customer insights that inform product development.
Create reusable solution designs, discovery frameworks, scoping templates, and integration patterns.

At least 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical account management delivering enterprise software implementations.
Experience owning solution designs from pre-sales through implementation and go-live, including tailored demonstrations and technical sales discussions.
Background in supply chain, cold chain, logistics, or quality management workflows, ideally in a regulated industry with compliance and traceability needs.
Hands-on experience configuring or implementing enterprise software and coordinating work across Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
Proficiency with Figma or FigJam and project tracking tools such as Linear or Jira.
Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, system interoperability, and reusable implementation playbooks is valuable.
