Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready Generative AI solutions.
- Build and scale Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems for enterprise use cases.
- Integrate graph-based memory and tool-using agents to extend LLM capabilities.
- Implement multi-agent orchestration and reasoning systems using AutoGen, LangGraph, or custom agents.
- Use LLM frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, AutoGen, and LangGraph.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code or code in other languages as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable GenAI systems.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability through software engineering practices.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of total experience in AI/ML or software engineering.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI systems.
- Experience working with LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude 2, or Gemini.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of RAG systems and multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or AutoGen.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud-native deployments, APIs, containers, and microservices.
- Understanding of software engineering practices including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
- Experience with graph-based memory and LLM tool-use patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with tool-using agents, memory-augmented or cognitive architectures, open-source GenAI or agent framework contributions, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LLM optimization, evaluation, prompt engineering, and production AI operations.
