Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and design software solutions based on client needs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and support system installations or modifications.
- Prepare code, documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, specifications, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, engineering staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and feedback to support quality work and on-time delivery.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and MIS reporting.
Requirements
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software development needs.
- Ability to code, test, debug, document, and maintain software solutions.
- Ability to design test cases and automate software validation.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Ability to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Ability to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders through written and verbal channels.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training, learn new programming languages, and complete relevant certifications.
