Responsibilities
- Design and implement user interfaces that make complex investing concepts accessible.
- Build visually rich and custom user experiences for Android.
- Experiment with new technologies to maximize the Android platform.
- Write clean, testable, well-documented, and security-conscious code.
- Own the full app lifecycle from ideation through delivery to the Play Store.
- Suggest and implement technical and product improvements.
- Stay current with Android and broader technology developments.
Requirements
- Relevant university degree or comparable qualification.
- Exposure to or interest in Kotlin, RxJava, Coroutines, Compose, Dagger, and GraphQL API.
- Strong technical and product-oriented analytical thinking.
- Passion for delivering excellent UX and working with custom UI.
- Excellent, audience-appropriate communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes in the Android framework.
- Fintech experience is an asset but is not required.
- Interest in investing or Scalable Capital’s products is desirable.
